Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 10:30 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (310) 393-3236. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, rostituscankitchen.com.
Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 635 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Santa Monica is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Santa Monica follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stopped for dinner and although restaurant was busy we were able to get a table without waiting. Food quality is good and its got a home-cooked style. The highlight was the Spicy Tamarind Mangonada, it was great!

I was a customer seating with my friends lol Today I witnessed a master class in restaurant efficiency and customer serviceβif you can call it that. The recipe seemed simple: take one customer, add a little attitude, mix in some unnecessary drama, and finish with a complete disregard for basic professionalism. It's always fascinating to watch employees act as if customers and delivery drivers are inconveniences rather than the reason the business exists in the first place. A delivery driver arrived at an almost empty restaurant, ( Check Photos ) checked in, and waited outside as instructed. Since the restaurant was practically deserted, I assumed getting the order would be quick. Silly me. Twenty three minutes later, the driver was still standing there like a lawn ornament. Nobody updated him. Nobody checked on him. Nobody seemed remotely concerned that a customer was waiting for their food. Meanwhile, the employees responsible for the orders appeared to be participating in an advanced seminar on chatting, laughing, and avoiding work. Then came the grand finale. The order was finished and placed on the counter. Not handed to the driver. Not announced. Not brought outside. Just

I have not been to this location for about three years and following tonight, I don't think we will return. My wife and I got there at approximately 7:15 this evening. It was not busy at all. The server seemed to be inconvenienced by us. We ordered the meatballs and Pasta Fagioli Soup to start. The busser or runner brought the meatballs and Minestrone Soup. I informed him that was the wrong soup and that we ordered the Pasta Fagioli Soup. We heard the server talking to the busser/runner as if we were the ones at fault. It's not our fault the server failed to correctly document our order or even document it at all! I had asked the server for pepper and she never brought it. I had to have the busser bring the pepper to the table. We never saw the server until she wanted to take our payment. The server expected us to tap our credit card without seeing a detailed reciept or reciept of any kind. By now, I did not trust her. There's no way I was going to pay until I saw the detailed bill. It is really sad what's happened to this place. I've been going here for decades and the service nowadays does not compare. This place really needs to restructure and get people capable of providing

Iβm a creature of habit and have ordered the same 1/2 size chicken Caesar salad here at Rosti on Montana Ave for over 30 years. I literally come here 2 to 3 times a month for this salad. No joke. And their spinach ravioli with Pomodoro sauce is also delicious.

Letβs start with the most important thing. The food at Rosti in Santa Monica is Amazing! It is flavorful and honestly one of the best Iβve tasted in LA. The chef definitely knows how to use their seasoning. I had the Chicken Pasta, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Italian Pizza, Steak Salad and not a single one missed the mark. Even the potatoes were nicely flavored. For the tid bits, there is both outdoor seating and indoor. The place is well lit and the ambiance nice and cheerful. There is ample parking in the back. Just turn onto 10th street. Check my pictures if you need help. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lisa and German were excellent. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend Rosti Tuscan Kitchen. Donβt forget to take some to go as well. Trust me you will crave it later.
